After your initial inquiry, we’d like to (if we may be so bold) invite ourselves over. Your home is the heart of our work together – we’d like to see the space with you, listen to your goals and create a plan of action. This helps us get a feel for your family and your needs, and to make design recommendations and brainstorm ideas with you before you ever set foot in a showroom or sign a contract.

We’ll go back to the office and bring our conversation at your home into a complimentary budget package, complete with floor plans and 3D renderings. We’ll show you what your home could look like, and then we’ll review together to discuss direction, alterations and next steps. You’ll receive this complete project plan at absolutely no cost.

If you choose to work with us, we’ll have you over for a cup of coffee and a treat from Miss Molly’s Cafe. The Kelmann Homes Showroom in Wauwatosa is our state-of-the-art space that offers innumerable style, design and construction options for us to review together. Our goal is to make design selections and get everything ordered well before we ever set foot back in your home – we’ll gather all materials first before we disrupt your family space.

Once your materials and selections arrive to our warehouse, your project manager will provide you a detailed Construction Plan and we’ll begin scheduling work dates with you. Then – we’ll get to work!

As our project comes to a close, we’ll do a final walkthrough with you and note any details to be completed before we schedule your move-in date. After all punch list items are complete, we’ll clean and stage your space and even schedule a professional photographer to take quality images of your new home.
